Tis the season to be merry and spread the joy right? Well that's what went through Tinsley's mind as she had hired help to help her to string lights around her mansion. Tinsley had the idea to invite everyone currently in Key West over to her mansion for a Christmas party. Tinsley soon left the men to put up the rest of her lights and she went back inside her house to make food that consisted of honey ham, green bean casserole, sweet corn, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. If anyone else wanted to bring food, they could. Tinsley made sure that she made enough food for at least seventy people so that people could eat as much as they wanted too while having all the fun they could during the stressful holiday.
Tinsley would just buy gifts, but since she doesn't know many people, that would be a little hard. So instead, she thought up this idea and she was acting on it. She had the money to throw a banging party and she planned on it. Many people knew who she was because everyone has seen her in some sort of Victoria Secret picture one way or another, and she also wanted to show people that celebrities can be nice as well.
It took hours to get everything up and ready to go, but now it was night time, the lights were plugged in, Tinsley had on her outfit with a swim suit under it in case people wanted to swim, oh and her pool was also open to be used. All was finally set and then she just needed to wait on people to arrive now. She made sure that her gate man left the gate open so that people could come and go as they pleased.

So. Rich had heard from the grapevine that Tins, his rich model friend, would be throwing a huge Christmas party in her mansion at North Key west. Tins was his friend, and she was nice enough to invite him to her home. Her house was huge, spacious, and just screamed “luxury”, while his was on the opposite spectrum; dirty, small, and unsafe. And as he walked down the streets lined with luxurious houses, he couldn’t help but to admire it all; the lights, the music; the extreme wealth on display. He was a tad jealous, yes, but he didn’t dislike the people there, after all, he accepted the fact that some people were rich, some were poor. And he was unlucky enough to be called Rich, but be poor. Oh, the irony.
And although he was poor, his pride prevented him from coming to the party empty handed. So, he decided to do what he did best; to cook. He managed to score a prime rib from his workplace; a bonus, as they were short on cash and high on food. He accepted graciously, of course. So he prepared it and whipped up a roast, and he was bringing it to the party to share.
The gates were open, and he went in, smiling at the gate man. “Merry Christmas.” He offered, before going inside. It was like a whole different world in there. The lights, the pool, the festiveness. There wasn’t a lot of people there yet though; it looked like he was early. Oh well, he prided himself on that. Also, although his clothes weren’t designer ones or whatever, he still looked neat and sharp, or so he thought. He could only muster a clean pair of jeans, a shirt and a jacket, and he hoped he won’t be discriminated on or anything.
Walking to the food table, he set his “gift” there, and just waited for the people to come.

It was the perfect time of year. Lights were hung up everywhere and well everything just looked beautiful. Anna had planned on going to Italy until he father called and told her not to, they had three places to go and well they did not think Anna would enjoy it very much. The brunettr was wandering around her house before she got a notice. Tinsley had planned a big bash and that meant people and alcohol, two things Anna was good with, as well as food. It was late notice, but hey, Anna did not mind much, she could ready for anything in any time. It was time to shower.
A half hour later was pulling her hair back into a pony tail and letting it curl at the end. She then put light eye decore with bright red lips. She then headed to the closet and shuffled through her clothes, mostly dresses. She chose a couple of dresses, basically red and green for the season and held them up to herself as she looked in the mirror. She finally picked one and slipped on some silver heels before heading out. Anna locked her house up and got into her jeep, she did not feel like being showy and rent a limo. As she waited for a light to change she slipped on her leather jacket and turned up her music, no Christmas songs just yet for this Italian babe.
After about ten minutes or driving she parked by the curb and took her tome getting up there. She held a small box holding earrings she bought perviously for Tinsley and a card wishing her happy holidays. Anna waved at the gatesmen and continued her way up until she got to the door. She smoothed out her dark green dress that ended at her knees and walked on in. She put her jacket in the closet and made her way in. She had left the gift in her jacket, she planned on handing it over before she left, it was a habit of hers. The brunette then went and grabbed herself what she thought was white wine.

Morgan wasn't really planning on doing anything tonight other that turning on the tv, getting under a blanket and lay on the couch. But when she signed onto the towns chat room, Devin was there. The same guy who had just a day or so ago, admitted his liking her and then his man slutness. That kind of turned Morgan off to him though she liked him too. But he seemed to be really trying to get her attention lately and she gave him some slack and she said that she would be his date when he asked her to go to Tinsleys party tonight. Apparently she was throwing a christmas party and she heard that Tinsley had left to go do some work thing. it must suck being a model. If it were Morgan, she would not leave her home open to a bunch of strangers. She then looked at the time on her phone, Devin would be at her home soon to pick her up.
Morgan signed off the chat room and she looked around her living room, mentally running through her closet and dresser in her mind. Eventually, Morgan got up and went to her room to get her clothes. Morgan picked out a nice long sleeve shirt, some skinny jeans and some heels that matched a color on her shirt. When she was dressed and ready, Morgan went to her make up mirror, she put on light skin tone shadow with some eyeliner, mascara and her lips were a deep red color. Red lips didn't look good on some people, but it looked amazing on Morgan. Looking at herself in the mirror. Lovely. Morgan smiled lightly at her self in the mirror before standing up to get her hair straightener and curling iron for putting her hair up. She decided on a formal hair style that was put up instead of left down.
About an hour later, Morgan was putting some money into her pocket as well as her phone and a small tube of her red lipstick for touch ups and she was giving herself one more look in the mirror. She wasn't sure she was fancy enough. One can only hope. Morgan heard the door bell ring and she went to answer the door. It was Devin and she couldn't help but smile at him. "Hey." She said to him as she gave him a hug. "Ready?" She said as she walked out her house, locking the door.
They were on their way to the house, and she looked out the window, "I think we are almost there." She said as she was starting to get butterfly's in her stomach a little, she hoped she was dressed well enough. When they parked, Morgan got out of the car and she waited for Devin to come beside her before she started into the house. Morgan wondered how many people were already here.

The past hour or so had been a blur. It all began when Dev finally had a chat with Morgan after that fiasco at the mall. Somehow, he was able to convince her to give him a chance of a sort by letting him take her to the party at Tinsley’s mansion. Of course, he had heard the news that Tinsley herself wouldn’t be there because of an emergency call by her work. How ironic that the organizer won’t be able to enjoy the fruits of her labour. Oh well, at least the rest of the guests can, and definitely, they will.
So he had picked up Morgan, of course, but not before he had put on a white, button – up shirt and a pair of jeans. His look was simple, semi – casual, and Dev thought he looked good enough. He even put on a watch to accessorize. Even though he knew Morgan had never, and probably won’t, fall for his charms, he still wanted to make a good impression by looking neat. He might be a tad underdressed because all the rich people were coming and everyone knew how they loved to put on their best, most expensive threads, but screw them, yeah?
Once he had knocked at her house, she opened the door, and Dev had to admit, he found itself difficult to keep himself from staring at her. She looked simply wonderful wearing a striped shirt, form fitting jeans, and heels. “You look gorgeous. Even more then usual.” He said, rather awestruck. He liked how she dressed; even if she did have her hair up. Then she had greeted him at the door and even gave him a hug, which pleasantly surprised him. She didn’t seem too mad; that or she was being friendly. “Of course.” He said, smiling as she asked if he was ready. Indeed, he was as ready as he’ll ever be.
Then they drove to Tinsley’s place, an impressive manse at the North Side of town. Once they got close, Morgan said that they were almost there, and he nodded, saying, “The place looks so… extravagant.” Sure, Dev had a nice home, but it was nothing compared to it, especially when it was tricked out with lights and decorations. The works. After parking, he got out of the car and went to her side. Cheekily, he held her hand in his gently; after all, it was a date. “Shall we head in?” He offered, though he shortly realized that he should’ve offered his arm instead. Oh well, it’s not as if he was playing by any rules here.

rosa was sick of this bullshit where she was the one taken advantage of and made a fool out of. tonight she was going to make sure that the ball was in her court. it was time to turn to her higher power and show everyone just who they were fucking with. rosa was the original gossip girl of key west-- this was the world's blair and she was about to show them all of that. a smirk rest on her lips as she continued to get ready for the party.
her dress was short and red. it came halfway up her thigh and no straps set it off. her heels and lipstick matched while her hair tumbled over her brow. with her finger she smoothed over her bottom lip and smacked her beautiful lips together. "merry christmas, baby." then she blew herself a kiss in the mirror before heading out to tinsley's house.
even dev made her sick now adays. tins didnt live far from her but she drove anyways. pulling up, she parked in the driveway and then made it into the party and walked past dev. "move it. i dont want to catch anything.. like bad taste." she rolled her eyes and moved past them. oh yes. rosa was certainly back to her old self.
she headed in further to the party and over to the bar. "tins!" she smiled happily at her friend. "great party but you should watch who gets invited next time, k?"

Morgan stood outside waiting for Devin to come to her side. She looked around her and she seen that people were driving their cars up, people had their drivers pull up, and people were walking up. People seemed to be coming out of the walls. She seen that most girls were in fancy dresses. Putting her hand by her hair line, she looked down at her own clothes, she had thought she looked good enough. Devin had told her that she was when he had picked her up. But she was thinking that maybe she should've went with a dress instead.
Her thoughts were interrupted when she felt someone on her hand. Morgan looked down at the hand that was embracing hers and she worked her way up the arm and then to see who was her suitor. Devin, he was holding her hand and asking her if she was ready to go inside. She put on a smile, "Yea, I'm sure there's a few people in there that we know." She told him as she went to start walking. Though as they were going inside, she moved her hand from his and put her arm around Dev's. She didn't want people to think that these two were something that they weren't.
But as they were walking up, Morgan was stopped in her tracks when a girl dressed in red pushed past them, making a snarky remark. "Well that was pretty uncalled for." She said aloud and then dropped her arm before she went into the door. Morgan looked at Devin, "what was that all about?" She asked as she reached for the door knob and pushed it open, being greeted by chatter and music; christmas music.

So now, they were talking together, hand in hand, and Dev couldn’t have been more pleased. The smile on his face didn’t face even once Morgan removed her hand from his. The brief moments earlier had been good enough for him. Though then she snaked her arm around his, making them look more formal. And frankly, Dev needed that, as he looked somewhat out of place in his collared shirt and jeans. Maybe he should’ve worn a tux or something. “I feel underdressed.” He whispered as they walked up the stairs. He had spotted a few of the richer residents in expensive suits and slacks and shiny leather shoes, though the other people were wearing casual clothes instead. Maybe this is the way Tins wanted it to be; a blend of everything, and just hope that nobody hates on anyone else…
Which looked like it wasn’t going to happen. Someone wearing a flashy red dress had blown right past them, and threw a nasty comment at him. It was a voice he recognized; Rosa’s. They were friends, yes, but after chatting with her previously, Dev hadn’t been too sure. At first, he had chalked it off to her being drunk, but it looked like she really did harbour some bad feelings at him. And he didn’t know why; after all, he had only been looking out for her. Maybe he went too far with that Somerhalder comment? Still he didn’t snap back at her after she had rudely went past them. He’ll just give her some time to cool off, and if she was still mad after a while, well, maybe he had to cut ties with her.
“Oh. That was Rosa. She got mad when we chatted over the IM.” Dev explained, eyeing the figure with the red dress head into the house itself. “I’ll just ignore her for awhile, then everything should get better.” He added, shrugging as they entered Tinsley’s house. It wasn’t too crowded yet, but Dev had a feeling that it will be soon. Also, it seemed to be quite civil so far, with polite exchanges of greetings and gifts. Nobody looked drunk or high; not yet, anyway. A few people were swaying to the festive music. There was a lot of food, drinks, lights, music, and company, though Rosa was over there at the bar, and Dev wanted to avoid her tonight.
Overall, it looked like it was shaping to be a fun night. Dev even spotted Anna, an Italian girl he had sort of helped settle in town. “Hi Anna!” He called, waving at her, seeing her holding a bottle of wine, which then made him chuckle. Then he turned to Morgan, which he momentarily had forgotten was his date. Oh no, it wasn’t good to notice other girls when you had one, right? ”She’s a friend. I showed her around town before.” He explained, smiling at her. He hoped Morgan won’t ask if they had fucked before, because they haven’t. “So, what do you think we should do first? Eat? Drink? …Dance?” His tone clearly implied that he’d prefer the third option, though he’d be fine with anything she decided.
